Justen (JT) Tillman is the Managing Director of Adams & Jones Property Specialists & founder of the TK Property Group of which Adams & Jones is a subsidiary. The TK Property Group provides high quality residential & commercial property management & sales services to clients throughout Queensland via a network of different real estate brands.

Known affectionately as JT to his colleagues and friends JT works across our multiple office locations including the Head Office in Minyama on the Sunshine Coast, the Adams & Jones Emerald office, the Blue Moon Property office in Maryborough and our Brisbane office operated by our affiliate brand OKG Property.

JT enjoys working closely with property investors and personally oversees the management and sale of a large portfolio of commercial properties throughout Queensland for his clients. JT, via the TK Property network, is one of the only, if not the only, investor focused agents who can provide the full range of residential & commercial property services across the Emerald to Brisbane geographical area under one roof.

JT has a blend of skills that aren't commonly found within the business world & that's the combination of skills that come from a Military Leadership background blended with the entrepreneurial flair required when building new business ventures 'from scratch'.

Applying the principals that ordinarily exist within the military space such as tight time restraints, monetary, equipage and resource shortfalls & combine that with the complex operations of a global business with dynamic social, cultural and environmental domains...it's all in a days work for JT.

JT has the leadership ability to couple foresight with an intimate understanding of goals and resources usually requiring the re-purposing of technology, changing industry approaches and modification of personnel-skills of those assigned, to achieve cross functional domain objectives & to cross complex boundaries to ensure success.
